Anyone Pioneer books a trip for in a given month. Someone who stays home in March costs nothing in March.
Are there booking fees on top?
No. You pay the fare and the room at the price Pioneer found, plus your plan. Changes and rebookings carry no fee from us.
What happens when we pass 8 travelers on Crew?
Trips keep booking. We email the admin, and the ninth traveler of the month starts a 30-day Team trial instead of a bill.
Can we pay yearly by invoice?
Yes, on Team and Company. Yearly plans can be paid by ACH or check with net-30 terms.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations get Team at half price. Write to us from your work address and we will set it up the same day.
What if we cancel mid-year?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the term, and every trip, receipt and export stays yours to download.
